Large communities can house a hundred residents. We care for no more than six. That changes everything about the day.
With no more than six residents, caregivers know each person's routines, preferences and good days.
Meals are made in our kitchen and eaten together in the dining room.
You hear from us directly, from the owner and administrator, not a call center.
The room is furnished and ready. Residents are welcome to bring their own furniture and keepsakes.

We celebrate every birthday and all the major holidays together, from Thanksgiving dinner to our big family Christmas party, and fill the in-between days with crafts, patio time and conversation.

Our then 95-year-old father moved to Autumn Grove Senior Living in the fall of 2025 from a senior living community that couldn't offer the increased medical support he was requiring. He instantly took to the warm, friendly home environment offered at Autumn Grove.
Every member of the staff was kind, caring and competent, and the house was very clean and well maintained. The residents enjoyed sharing mealtimes and spending social time together but also had ample opportunity for privacy and quiet when desired. The spacious outdoor area was comfortable and attractive.
But what truly set Autumn Grove apart was the incredible level of heartfelt love, genuine respect and commitment to personal care provided to our father and the other residents. Every holiday was celebrated with joy, festive decorations and impressive feasts, and all of the residents were honored on their birthdays with special treats and thoughtful personalized gifts.
When medical situations arose, the staff responded quickly and professionally, and always made our father feel well cared for and safe. The manager of Autumn Grove, Dre Albason, and his family consistently provided our family with peace of mind and provided our father with a truly happy final year of life.
When our father passed, the Albason family continued to provide comfort and assistance beyond any level we could have expected.
